Erica and Yvette are very nice and professional and they make me feel welcome every time I come in. I also love the ortho dr. He's a man of few words but he's very thorough. 5 star service to the whole orthodonic staff thank you.
The front desk is a total MESS Rosa has no patient skills what's so ever she is so unprofessional and her image looks like she just woke up! I will CHANGE providers a soon as in done with this treatment. I been coming back and fwrd just because they don't do their job correct. The mngr JOSE is so incipid and unprofessional. Stay away if you can. This is by far the worst dental office I have ever visited. They quoted me over $12000 for a deep cleaning! At another super professionally run dental office the deep cleaning was $1145 (periodontitis type 2). This place is not run professionally. Patients are made to wait forever in the office. The first time I got tired of waiting and left after more than an hour. The second time there were patients fighting with the staff.
