I walked in for my 8:30 appointment. They said it was last week. I showed them the card they wrote saying 2-18-15. Then they "lost" my x-rays from 9 days ago. Then they added $30.00 to the cost and wanted payment up front. Then they had no xrays, no prepared trays and the girl asked me, "Why are you here"? I just recently visited Smile Dental (and you know when you have a dentist appt. It triggers the nerves). So to my surprise everyone was really helpful and very polite they greeted you with a smile and made you feel right at home. The first person took my x-rays her name is Rita she was very nice, Then i met Dr. Kim he has a very gentle touch, then i met Jennifer in the billing Dept. This office was the best office I have been to in years, the staff was very friendly and Dr. Tran is great to talk to, and he explains everything so clearly. I recommend anyone to go to this offfice.
