Hi, I love how my teeth feel after Morgan Spencer took a great deal to deep cleaning them. She was gentle, through, and very professional! Good price so far. ;)
This place horrible they called me 3 days ago to reschedule my appointment I told him I was waiting 2 weeks already they said okay come on then when I got there they said the dr. Just called and wasn't available they lied to me when I finally do get in they tell me I'm not covered
I wanna give this place zero stars. I've been going here for quite a while and have always hated it. Thought I would just stick with them because I didn't wanna go through the hassle of finding a new dentist. They always try to sell you products that you don't need. I never have the same dentist whenever I go. I had braces in middle school (which they should have known if they checked my records) and they were trying to tell me that I needed braces. In spite of warnings not to go to Smilecare, I went there to see the endodontic specialist, she was the only one contracted by my insurance in the area. After a nearly 3 hour wait I was finally brought to the back and sat in the uncomfortble dentist chair. When I asked how much longer it would be, they said, "Oh, maybe an hour or so, there are 2 more patients ahead of you." I had to pick up my children and couldn't wait that long.
