Our appointment was for 3:00- we were not called back until 4:15. When we made the appointment, it was clearly stated my husband had a toothache. The office clerks tried to bill it a full mouth workup. They then kept changing the amount we needed to pay for the copay. The dentist was nice enough but seemed a little inexperienced. We decided to try this practice because they are in network for our insurance and they are in Pampa. We will continue to go to Amarillo to the practice we have been using. Dr. Gupta was wonderful with my kids! The staff is so friendly and caring.
Shelley Gupta was the worst doctor ever! She didn’t even Listen to what I was saying.. I had to get a root Canal done and it took 4 hours for one! And she didn’t let me have laughing gas nor did she num me enough I felt the whole thing. And when I told her about it many times she didn’t listen even the nurse was telling her.. DONT GO TO HER

Wont go back. Completely rude to my 5 year old, and she came out with a big scratch on the outside of her cheek where the drs tools were sitting. Then kept telling her rudely to stop crying.
