The doctor doesn't explain anything, even when you ask him to. He is in too big of a hurry to have bedside manner. Then, the staff treats you like you are stupid for not knowing something. Don't you dare ask them to explain what they are doing to your child's teeth! I only stay here bc they are literally the only local ortho that accepts our insurance! Also doc, stop touching people! Seriously, it's rude to walk in the room and rub people's arms. My teen daughter doesn't like it either!

I love Dr Buchsieb he's awesome he made sure my daughter's teeth were done correctly before he let us go, despite being way past time than we were supposed to. He's very compassionate and nice to my daughter and me. I highly recommend him to anyone needing braces .
Don't do it wast of time and money plus staff is very rude and not professional one bit.
Went in for a consultation with my son staff wasn’t presentable looking, unknowledgeable, and not too friendly. They wasn’t organized, lacked communication, and had no Covid precautions. I didn’t even go through with the consultation I left and asked for any information they had for me be removed from their system I will not be returning their not professional enough for me.
