This office is extremely unsterile. Nothing in the office is properly cleaned. The floors, the dental instruments, the dental chair, the countertops. The materials that they use are cheap and unstable. Always extremely over booked and under staffed. Be prepared to wait over an hour just to be seen. Cleanings are not done properly and are very fast and just a bad job. I honestly would go any over office but this one.
I was hired by Cindy ” not to say I knew her from a previous dental office, just to let me go, pretty sad that she belittled my work Performance and skills, after telling me how good of an assistant and a reliable worker I truly was because that’s who I really am. Stay away from this place, the manager Cindy has no professionalism, just lies and more lies. I went in to work as a temp assistant, worked 11 hours and only got paid for 10 hours, they took a whole hour off even though they only let me take 30 min lunch break and on top of that didn't pay me over time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, by what i saw they do horrible dental work.
The dental work was fine, but the staff was unprofessional with terrible attitudes. Cindy in particular was very odd and made the visit uncomfortable. It's as if she was under the influence of a hard substance or maybe she has a medical condition(I apologize if this is the case). The billing was also a mess, and it felt like they were trying to upcharge me and they had to get a hold of my insurance. Turns out I was supposed to pay much less than what was charged.
