I have been a patient of hers for 10 years. The last few years the practice has gone down hill. The billing is all wrong, I have asked for a ledger to straighten it out since Feb to no avail. My two crowns she did wrong and cannot fix them. She double charged my insurance for one of the crowns and refuses to make it right. I now have to pay 3,000 out of pocket for 2 new crowns. Professional office that I thoroughly enjoyed my cleaning and check up. That's saying something as I've had some scary dental experiences. Emily and the Doc were educating me the whole time and the office was super clean.
I have had a crippling fear of the dentist for over 10 years. And i started seeing Dr. Kenworthy in 2014, and i am so very thankful that I found her. She always takes the extra time to educate me about what it is that is going on which has curbed my fears. She is a fantastic dentist and just a lovely person all the way around. Thank you Doctor!!!!!
All I can say is that the doctor is a pro and has taken great care of my mouth for a couple years now. She takes care of you, gets it done and tells you what is being taken care of as you go. And tells you what to do before the next visit... so you get a better and simpler check up!
Dr. Ruth is the best dentist ever! No one else is allowed to touch my teeth. Love her to pieces.
