I applied for dental services back in September ‘24. I called and spoke to someone and they told me what to do to apply. I sent necessary documents and nothing. I followed up in November ‘24 via email and was again ignored. I was hopeful that I’d be able to finally get the dental care I so badly need but alas, it wasn’t meant to be. I hope future applicants are treated better than I have been.

They helped me with a dental emergency but I missed an appointment due to being sick after being on 3 different sets of antibiotics that wiped out my immune system and slept through being able to call due to insomnia condition. Eileen did not care. I got called someone could have sworn it was Eileen but she says it wasn't her made an exception made and I was all set for a root canal I am in need of but got a call today the day before the appointment and was told that the policy does not have exceptions by Eileen.
