The office quoted a price when we booked the appointment. The day before the appointment, they asked to for payment over the phone "for our convenience." I said we'd pay in person. An hour before the appointment, they called to say that the price was actually $45 more than what I'd been told when we booked. When I complained, the office manager said they don't care if they get bad reviews. So, if customer service is important to you, you might want to steer clear of Smile Time.
