They are super friendly, and most importantly, they know their craft extremely well.
I had a fantastic experience at the Natomas Smile Time dental office! From the receptionist, to the medical assistant to the dentist Doctor Jason! Everyone was kind and courteous. I felt comfortable and completely at ease. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental office, especially if you are apprehensive about going to the dentist.
My first time at a dentist for years and Smile Time Dental really surprised me in the best way. Angel and Danielle at the front desk were super kind, friendly and patient, and they greeted me by my first name the moment I walked in. It made the whole visit feel really comfortable. The girls at the front desk are amazing. Every staff member I interacted with knew what they were doing and took their time to make sure I was good. You can tell they care about their patients here.
Made an appointment for my son MONTHS ago. Then day of appointment they claim they do not accept kids. But they accepted and confirmed his appointment after I scheduled it and they're website says they do pediatric dentistry.
