I’m really disappointed with my experience at SmileTime. They had called me just a day before my scheduled appointment and canceled on me only a few hours before the actual time. I let it slide, but when I later had a family emergency and couldn’t make it to another appointment, they decided to cancel me as a patient from their office. I am very dissatisfied with how my appointments were handled at SmileTime. The office called me just one day before a scheduled visit and canceled only a few hours before the appointment time. While inconvenient, I was understanding and made no issue of it. However, when I experienced a family emergency and was unable to attend another appointment, I was told I would be canceled as a patient. Friendly and helpful staff doctor Jack was very nice. Edwin the front desk was very helpful and patient with me
Wonderful service!!! Everyone was exceptionally sweet and very tentative!! Edwin was amazing and super sweet! Energy in this place was very high!!! I highly recommend
They were quick and did a great job! Edwin was a great receptionist and made sure to set up all my future appointments!
