I was referred to this office by my regular dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely frustrating. First, my consultation appointment was rescheduled twice by the office. Then, when I arrived for the rescheduled appointment, I was told I didn’t have an appointment at all, despite having a confirmation. We ended up scheduling yet another appointment. They are super friendly, and most importantly, they know their craft extremely well.
I had a fantastic experience at the Natomas Smile Time dental office! From the receptionist, to the medical assistant to the dentist Doctor Jason! Everyone was kind and courteous. I felt comfortable and completely at ease. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental office, especially if you are apprehensive about going to the dentist.
