Here I am for my appointment and there's no one here, lights are off and it's totally deserted. They told us to show up 15 minutes early, but no one was even here to let us in. The call center was friendly but not helpful.
The Smile Time in Fairfield on Texas is HORRIBLE they canceled my appointments twice with next one months out. They canceled my wife twice also, just today just after getting email confirming her appointment. They say tho office is only open on Wednesdays and we have to go to San Ramon for Dental Dental coverage . WTH
Don't waste your time...dysfunctional system.rude employees that will not listen to patient . Absolutely no communication only a call center ln the Philippines that are poorly trained.this place is a nightmare Save yourself it is impossible to get the work you need...they only do unnecessary crowns Stressful ordeal. Miserable experience
