Terrible place, never applied numbing gel or novacaine and cut my gum open, never going there again, manager took $500 on credit card and never used it or returned it, NEVER AGAIN
I had a very bad experience with this place. I went because a dental crown broke. I provided my dental insurance, and I was told it would cover $1,000 of the $1,700 they were charging. Based on that information, I agreed to the treatment and paid the remaining balance. Four months later, I received a tex message stating that I still owed money because the insurance allegedly did not cover the procedure—despite being told from the beginning that it was covered. Service is ridiculous, operations is poorly handled and after you paid for everything upfront they have the audacity to call you months later claiming "You owe money, pay now or we'll send you to collections" like what? No other dental office I've been into did this? Plus the crown operation was made terribly! Had to go to another dentist to fix it and even THEY said this was a horrible job done to my teeth!!! Save your money, and your tooth especially, they kept trying to push an extraction when another dentist fixed my too... read more
I had a very disappointing experience with this dentist. They exaggerated my dental issues and seemed more focused on charging extra fees than on providing honest care. I would not recommend this office.
