my visit we get. they treat us like family here and always welcome us back
I was told by the Dentist that my bad experience would be taken care of and the office girls would do their job. When the next thing I know I get a rude call from one of the receptionist/office people, with attitude that they could not do anything to correct this mess. I will never return to them again. Starting to look for another dentist. After all these years of going there. Must be new employees that really do not care about the Dentist business.
We take all 5 of our children to Smile Structure dentist on roosevelt and military and we are always met with a courteous staff and they are always concerned with our children being comfortable. We won't take our children anywhere else. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing dental services
my son is petrified of dentist, but here they always help calm him down and always take care of him. We love it here!!
Ingram - This happened about 6 years ago and I never really made a big deal about it but it is something to consider.. Some of the staff had no experience with a pregnant patient. During the X-ray they were supposed to double shield me but only did one until another staff member reminded them (after one scan was already done). Then in the exam room, they had me lay flat on my back which could disrupt blood flow to the baby. I began to feel dizzy and nauseous and sat myself up.
