I brought my one year old to see Dr. Matt for his first dentist appointment today, and it was an awesome experience. From the front desk to check out, the entire staff was welcoming and friendly. I felt comfortable (and I have a huge fear of the dentist), and more importantly my son seemed as comfortable as he could be. Thank you to the staff at the 168th location for making this a great experience for us!
Are these reviews for real?does smile station only publish the 5stars?I do like Dr. Matt a lot however I can NEVER get an appointment that works for me even when booking 6 or 7 months in advance that is ridiculous. I was assured the problem was being addressed but it has not been. Hohenstein needs to stop being so greedy and hire more dentists or stop accepting new patients when he can't accomodate the ones he already has. I was nervous about taking my son in for his first dental visit, but the staff worked with my son and were very patient and our visit was a success!! Definitely recommend this place!!
My son was nervous for the unknowns of the dentist, however by the time his visit was over with Dr. Rick and his staff he asked, "can we come here everyday?!"
Such a wonderful place my boys love coming here!! The 2.5 hour drive that takes me to get here is definitely worth my time thank you Smile Station!
They were so good with my son with X-rays ! The Dr talked to him and explained everything that was going on. Very happy we found you !
You guys are amazing my kids love it and want to go back dr. Matt is amazing and so are the technician thank you guys so much for making the kids feel at ease. We're looking forward to their next check up.
Wonderful place! My son is a train fanatic and he loves the train that goes around the building and everything. They're so great with children.
An amazing dentist office with exceptional staff! My kids can be a bit difficult at times and they are wonderfully kind and patient with them.
