My son was in to have 2 little cavities filled. The Assistant and Dr. Carstens were very patient with him and let him know what they were going to do next. Everyone is super friendly and communicates what needs to be done and asked if my son or myself had any questions. Very professional! I love bringing my kids here and this was only the 2nd visit.
I was very pleased with our first visit to Smile Station on 168th and Maple. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Rick was very personable, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. When we left the office, and I asked my three kids (11, 8, 6) what they thought of the new dentist office, they all responded with a resounding "Loved it!".
Dr. Bryan and his staff are so great with kids! They are always very sweet, understanding, and professional. They take their time to make sure my kids were comfortable and happy before starting their examinations. Dr. Bryan is very informative and helpful, and is so kind! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
As soon as we got into the office they had us taken back and they were so nice and friendly to both of my girls. Jocelyn is only 15 months and she did amazing but I think that is because of the friendliness of the staff. I refer your office to all of my friends!
