My daughter has a developmental delay, and I was really concerned about her being overwhelmed and the staff not understanding her. She was scared, but all of the staff were so friendly and patient with her. Very professional and willing to do what she needed to help her. I loved it so much that I made an appointment for my other child.
My 4 year old son is very sensitive to sound and textures and this was the perfect place for him. We tried taking him to our regular dentist twice before and it didn't work out so he recommended Smile Station and Dr. Carstens. Smile Station was the perfect place for my son! One best experience we ever had from front desk they are very polite and nice front desk and the back the nurse was so patient with my son and explained everything to him step by step the doctor was very awesome , patient with my son we love there we will come back

Dr. Rick Carstens was wonderful. He was informative, helpful and welcoming/friendly. He made a stressful dental emergency less so for me and my child with his demeanor and the guidance he gave. I would recommend Dr. Rick and Smile Station to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.
Everyone is so nice and great with the kids. They go slow and make the child comfortable as much as they can.
We just had a check up this AM. My kiddo was comfortable, relaxed. They explained everything they were about to do. He had a great check up✔️. I wish dentistry was this wonderful when I was a child. Highly recommended😄
