My 5 year old had to get a crown and 2 fillings, all new things to this mom and kiddo, she was really scared but the team at Smile Station did a fantastic job of putting her (and me) at ease. She was cozy watching a cartoon and holding my hand when our amazing dentist started fixing her up. He was fast, professional and clearly an expert at pediatric care!! It was over before we knew it and she was up with a token and prize jumping around. Wheww!! Thanks for making our scary appointment an easy trip!
The staff always works great with my kids! They are very professional while staying focused on making each child feel speacial and show individualized care! Dr. Rick is always pleasant and makes our children’s dental experience great. I will go to either location to make sure my children to see Dr. Rick. I love that everyone is always smiling! My 4 yes old feel on ice on a Sunday. My emergency call was returned right away. She put my mind to ease! I was even able to send her a picture. They called me first thing Monday morning and got him in to see his regular dentist, Dr. Matt. My son is always excited to come to Smile Station. They checked us in and called him back quickly. All the girls are so nice! They make it a fun game for his x-rays. He loves the trains and being able to watch his favorite shows. I took my daughter in yesterday for a new appt because she had a cavity. I was referred from a couple of my friends. Dr. Rick was very friendly and professional! This was the first dentist office that I felt comfortable with! My daughter loved the TV on the ceiling. Also, her tech was also super nice and patient! My daughter has bad stranger danger so it was nice to find a dentist office that took their time with my child. We got there early and they were able to get us in early, which worked out great for our day! Exam went quick and we're off to school! Dr. Bryan is a great dentist and always explains things well and is kind yet firm about what needs to be done to keep your teeth healthy.
My 8 year old daughter was referred to come here by our dentist. I had no knowledge of this place or heard of it and I honestly I expected for it to be really stuffy and just like any other office. Thank you so much to Dr. Matt and the Smile Station staff. As always our experience was very positive. This was the first time we had to have a cavity filled, and it went great. My son has some special needs and they made him comfortable every step of the way. You have no idea how happy that makes mom!! You are all amazing!!
