The staff at Smile Station is absolutely wonderful and kind - to both my children and myself. All they want to do is provide a great experience at the dentist and they succeed!!!! They always check the kids' records to make sure that everything is covered by insurance and if it isn't they let me know before treatment so it is my decision to decide what is best for my kids. The staff was very nice and helped my son feel comfortable.
I feel like all of the staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The only problem? My boys like going so much that they will be a little disappointed when they get old enough to switch from Dr. Hohenstein. My oldest jumps and cheers with excitement when I say we are going to the dentist. I'm sure it will only a matter of time until my toddler does the same. With that said, my toddler even loves coming...just doesn't cheer :)

Everyone here exceeded my expectations! I drove all the way across town to try this place for my 4 yr old son. New to Omaha I had previously picked a pediatric dentist close to my house and I was NOT pleased at all. I looked over the reviews and their website and decided it might be worth the drive. IT WAS!!!! Very pleased, we will be back! EXCELLENT! Very happy :)

The whole staff is friendly & caring about making the experience comfortable for the children. All of the equipment & procedures are current & state of the art.
Smile Station is a great office for kids, they are fast and thorough! They are all so great with kids who are scared.
What's not to love? Every staff member we encountered there was not only helpful, but cheerful and truly enjoys doing the service they are providing. I figured on a long wait (in the awesome waiting room) since we were in the later afternoon, but it was less than five minutes before all three of my kids were brought back together. The whole place is so cool, the kids can't help but enjoy it there. 100% all around great in my opinion!
