Wait time was under three minutes to be taken back. Although the wait time once we were back to see the dentist was long, it was just because the office was busy for holiday break. Usually we don't have to wait long at all. The assistants were excellent at soothing my boys' nerves and talking to them while we waited. Everyone, from front desk staff to assistants to dentists, is friendly, kind, caring, and super efficient at their jobs.
They are always accommodating to my schedule and get all three of my girls in and out in a short amount of time. The staff is friendly and fun and make my girls feel at ease. They all three love going to the dentist.
The staff and dentists are amazing. They take time to explain everything to patients and their parents. Facility is super kid friendly. My son actually said he likes the dentist even after having a cavity taken care of :) Couldn't be happier with Smile Station. Keep up the great work!
This is the absolute best pediatric dentistry in Omaha! Each employee does a great job interacting with the children and explaining each step. The environment is also top notch filled with trains and is completely open. Beyond the great atmosphere and attitudes of every person, it is quality dentistry. They do truly have each child's best interest at heart and work with the parents every step of the way to ensure a great smile and great health. Simply put, it's amazing! Thank you!!

Great staff- Nurse Julie was wonderful for my daughter. Dr Matt was great with her as well. The cheerfulness and time to get them to warm up really helped. Matt even sang the ABCs while he worked on her teeth. The building was gret and so kid friendly!
This was my son's first time at the dentist. He came into his appointment very nervous. The entire staff made sure he was comfortable and talked him through the process. He is asking to go back!
I was truly impressed. They do a great job with the kids---my three were seen pretty much at the same time and they were all comfortable and not at all scared...even my 3 1/2 year old willingly let them take her back for X-rays. We left with smiles on our faces.
Smile Station is always wonderful to my kids. They make them feel welcome, relaxed and always leave with a smile on their faces. I love how detailed the staff is and love how they include my kids when explaining things. Thank you for what you do!
