My son is absolutely terrified of the dentist and our last dentist office traumatized him. While he still was afraid I was so impressed with how they handled his fear. They didn't push him so far that he is terrified to come back but they were able to get done what they needed to. I can't recommend this office enough! SO fantastic with kids!
My dear daughter was quite scared at her appointment. Both Dr. Rick and has staff were so patient and kind with her. They never made us feel rushed, but instead took extra time to make her feel at ease.
I had a bad experience with our last pediatric dentist. We decided not to go back and we made an appt with Dr Rick. I could not recommend him enough. He is so patient and fun. He’s kind and really connected with my 2 year old. She was 100% better for him than with our last dentist simply because Dr Rick took the time to talk to my daughter. He explained everything to me step by step and thoroughly answered any questions I had. I completely trust him as a medical professional
This was the first visit for my twins to the dentist. I wasn't sure how they would do. They loved the play area in the waiting room, and all the staff were very kind and patient with them.Dr. Carstens did a great job communicating with them as well as explaining to me as a parent how their teeth looked, things to be watchful for in the future, etc.
They genuinely care about you little ones teeth and give you tricks and helpful tips on how to help keep up with healthy brushing habit's. They have never judge me for having to straddling my little one to keep still and as a FTM ( First Time Mom) that means alot to me. Cherry on top they usually give him a brand new toothbrush and toothpaste when we come in! Visting the dentist is usually scary but not at Smile Station Pediatric Dentistry !
We had a great experience from the initial phone call to make the appointment till we were walking out the door at the end. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Rick was amazing. I would highly recommend them!
What an awesome place! I always look forward to taking my daughter, Halle (9yrs old), to the Smile Station. Why? Because my daughter openly told me today, “Dad, I trust Dr. Matt and they always do a great job there!” I agree completely. That really speaks volumes for Dr. Matt and the staff surrounding him. She had a chipped tooth repaired and it looks great! Thank you all!
Amazing! We didn't even have time to sit down before we were called back. My son was comfortable with the entire procedure and felt no pain during or after his filling.
The staff is very friendly & helpful. Both my kids really enjoy going to this office, doctors are very nice & kids are comfortable with them. Even on their 1st visit.
