They are so friendly and great with the kids.
Dr Matt was incredible with our daughter who is terrified of shots. She went through some major dental work and still wants to come see him. That's a huge victory. I am confident that Dr Matt and Smile Station will give the very best care in the future as well.
We love visiting Dr. Bryan! He and his staff always take great care of my little boys. They're so patient and make my boys laugh and feel safe at the dentist.
The staff is always professional and very attentive to my children, especially when they are nervous or afraid.
Every employed staff member treated us with dignity and respect. Nearly everyone greeted us with a smile, a few appeared bored with the position and only when a guest approached did they become excited to see us. On our visit their was a student who observed intently but strayed from conversing or smiling. The doc's- 100%, our immediate assistants- 100%, office staff- 60 to 75%.
Both of my children had a great experience today for they're cleanings. The staff is very polite and we're excellent with my kids.
The staff was terrific. They comforted my kids and explained exactly what they were doing every step of the way. The TV's and other scenery in the office made for a very kid friendly environment.
