Everyone is always so nice and professional!
My 11 year old son had an incident on his bicycle where his 2 front teeth were broken. Of course this happened after 5 pm. I left a message on the on call answering machine and was pleasantly surprised when I received a call back from a dental assistant in a very timely manner. After answering her questions, she assured me that things were stable enough to wait until morning. I followed her instructions of Tylenol and ice. Enjoyed the staff very friendly
Our experiences at Smile Station have been nothing but outstanding! Dr. Hohenstein and his staff were incredibly friendly and helped put my daughter and son at ease during their appointments. They did a wonderful job helping me to understand the procedures to be performed on my kids. I would highly recommend taking your children to Smile Station!
Dr. Matt and staff are fantastic at easing the concerns of my 6 year old who was very scared at her last appointment. They are great at what they do which is why I continue to drive across town to Smile Station!
Dr. Matt was so patient with my toddler and helped him feel comfortable during his first visit to the dentist. He not only took the time to thoroughly check my son's teeth but he also explained to us what he was looking for and what we should expect as our son grows. I would recommend Dr. Matt and the whole staff at Smile Station to anyone with children .
