What a great experience! They were right on time with the appointment and start off by letting my daughter pick out a new toothbrush, which takes away some of her anxiety. Then, explained everything that they were going to do so she knew what to expect. All in a super kid-friendly environment. I don't know why anyone would take their kids anywhere else!
My 1 year old is not a fan of getting his teeth brushed or having us look into his mouth. We were nervous about this first dentist appointment, we didn't know how we were going to get through it! The staff at Smile Station know just how to handle unsure newcomers. They were quick and thorough and answered all of our questions! Love this place!
This was my son's first time at the dentist (he's 4 years old) and as soon as we walked in the door, he wasn't scared. He enjoyed playing with the train table and video games while waiting. Everything there is very "kid-friendly"! I particularly was impressed with Allie! I'm very impressed on how friendly the Smile Station Pediatric Dentistry was to my children and us. Our three children never like going to the dentist but this time they loved it! Thank you for a very nice experience for our kids. I loved how they showed the kids where they might be missing when brushing their teeth and helping them do a better job. This was only our second time in and everyone was great with the kids, just like the first time. Taking twins in for appointments is stressful in itself, but from the front desk, to the hygienists, to Dr. Hohenstein, himself, everyone makes the visit easy and comfortable! Thank you all for making us feel comfortable and for letting us have two bouncy balls!
Dr. Matt and his staff do a great job with the kids! They make the dental visit a positive experience.
