This was our first visit, after relocating to Omaha from Lincoln. Everyone was patient and friendly from the moment we walked in the door (w both me and my 4 and 5 y/o... I forgot to do the preliminary paperwork before the visit and the receptionist was totally cool about it)! My younger daughter was nervous about everything and both the hygienist and the doc let her "feel" every tool before actually using it on her. The doc even had a fancy rhyme for counting teeth! Will continue at this clinic for sure!
Took my 3 1/2 year old in for her check-up. She remembered how 'cool' it was from her first visit to Smile Station and was excited to go back. That right there speaks volumes in my mind!
My kids actually love going to the dentist! The staff is friendly and helpful and make sure we are all comfortable and at ease.
The entire staff is great with the kiddos and parents. The dentist is always a fun experience at the Smile Station :). After our visit and friend called and asked how we liked it. I raved about the special attention my kids receive and she made an appointment for her kids!
My daughter was nervous but Dr. Schieber and his assistant made her feel more relaxed. Dr. Schieber is always telling my girls that they are doing good and he is proud of them and that makes them feel good and me too! And, knowing they will get to pick out a toy at the end is nice, too!
Smile Station provided excellent care to my 6 year old. They made her feel comfortable as well as clearly explained to her what they were doing. The staff was friendly and professional!
We've been going here for over 10 years & have never had a bad visit at Smile Station!
She was excited before and after! Rare for getting a tooth pulled!!
Great staff, great Dr. The kids like to go to the dentist and get excited when it's time to go.
