Dr. Brian and his staff are top notch. They are always positive and leave my kids with excitement to come back. Thanks for making going to the dentist such a positive experience!
Staff had high patience levels, were very quick, and the office had lots of great distractions to make it a great experience. My kids loved the gumball machine of toys to choose from too. Really enjoyed! Thank you!
Dr. Matt is an outstanding pediatric dentist! Our seven year old son had sealants put on his molars and Dr. Matt was fabulous at explaining what he was doing in a reassuring, calming way. Our kids love him and are immediately put at ease by all the staff. I wish I had a dentist like Dr. Matt when I was a kid!
My three kids, ages 12, 9, and 6 went to Smile Station for their regular 6 month cleaning and fluoride treatment. The is friendly and relates well to the kids which makes them feel happy and comfortable. There was no wait in the lobby and only a short wait in the back for Dr. Matt (who HAS to be the best in the business by the way)!!!! Matt discussed with each of them what to do better and what to expect at our next appts. Lucky for us....no cavities.
I have a son who is very anxious and has a sensory processing disorder so all dental visits (in his mind) are scary but Dr. Matt and staff have done such an amazing job with him every single time. Thank you for being so understanding and accommodating...honestly....I know any other place would end up being a total nightmare for him. Such an amazing group of people there! Can't thank you enough!
My son had to have teeth pulled that has been done before at another dentist (not a pediatric dentist). It has never been a pleasant experience, but the Smile Station made it as good an experience as possible. The whole staff was pleasant and friendly and made him feel comfortable. Dr. Hohenstein was professional and kid-friendly. He even told his sister that she will love it there!
My grand daughters are 5 and 7 years old. They are not nervous at all about visiting the dentist. All the staff is polite, courteous, friendly, and very caring. When my youngest grand daughter started complaining of a tooth ache and I seen a small cavity, I reported it to the dental office and they did a fine job of getting her in to see the dentist right away. I was very thankful she did not have to wait to get dental care. It was very appreciated. Thank You Dr. Schrieber.
We love your office and always have a great experience. You are always busy but the staff all take time to talk to me and make sure I am happy with the service for my kids. The kids are always made to feel comfortable and important. Emma was awesome with my son as this was his first visit. Dr. Matt always remembers us and details about previous visits.
