Honestly we have never, ever had a bad experience here. We have been coming here for almost 9 years now. I came in today and all of my kids were done within 20 minutes. Amazing!!
My son is just shy of two years old, and I could not be more pleased with our experience. Dr. Matt and the dental assistants cater to his age and make it very comfortable for him to be there. I love that the dental chairs allow the children to lay down and watch television with a fun set of headphones, this got my son relaxed and at ease to be there. You cannot find a better place to take your child! From the office staff to the Drs, truly the best in town!
This was our first visit. My boys loved the lobby area. I was impressed with the decor and facility. Both hygenists were friendly. The dentist was great too. Overall a good experience for all 3 of us.
The staff and doctors are amazing. They went over everything for our daughters first appointment. We highly recommend smile station.
Surprised we could get in right away. Regular dentist noticed some spots so he recommended a children dentist. On a recommendation I called and we headed out....a long drive for us, but well worth it. Unfortunately we have to go back for 2 more visits. My son was comfortable and enjoyed his visit!
I was very nervous about taking my 2 year old to the dentist for the first time, but from the very second we arrived, she was treated in a manner that made her want to stay! The hygenist was patient and sweet with her, making sure she felt comfortable the entire time. The dentist was also great, singing to ease her nervousness. The entire experience was positive and I'm confident my daughter won't be reluctant to return!
My daughter had an amazing experience with Dr. Carstens. He has great bedside manner and really made a connection with her. We underwent surgery today and she was asleep for her procedure. Dr. Carstens made us feel comfortable and confident with everything before, during and after the procedure. We feel truly blessed to have been referred to Dr. Carstens - we will not go anywhere else!
