Excellent first trip to the dentist!
As always, we had a great experience at the Smile Station. My girls have been going there for over 10 years and we've always been well taken care of by the staff. Thanks for all you do!
Always professional yet empathetic to my youngest son who is a bit on edge when we get to the chair. They calmed him down and allowed time for him to calm down before proceeding. Or when he was a little tearful they still asked me if ok to proceed. Also when my older son hit his tooth they helped in an emergency. I went to a different pediatric dentist before here and I'm so glad I made the switch!
My son had to have two teeth pulled, and the entire staff was great in comforting him. Quick and easy procedure!!
Everyone here was so great! First time taking my 5 year and 2.5 year old to the dentist and it was a great experience for them. I’ve never seen such a cool place to help make kiddos feel comfortable (and excited). My 5 year old will need additional work done due to cavities 😞 but they were very good with helping me understand what was going on and setting up future apts before I left. Highly recommend Dr. Matt Schieber!
These guys were amazing today! My five year old didn't even know what was happening while his cavity was filled. It could not have gone any smoother. They distracted him and explained what was happening with each step. This team is the best!
The entire staff (receptionist upon arrival and dental assistants) are always so nice and professional! Staff really knows how to put kids at ease. Dr. Rick always seems to have a smile on his face when greeting the kids and the kids no longer dread coming to the dentist (we switched a couple years ago from another one). Also, the kids love getting a coin for a prize!
Always such s pleasant experience at smile station! The doctors truly care about each and every patient!
