From the moment I arrived at the office with my son until the moment we left everyone was very professional and extremely polite. This was my sons first dentist appointment and the staff made him feel comfortable. The office was also very nice. My son enjoyed the TV's in the ceilings, the train around the exam room, as well as the toys in the waiting area and the prize he received at the end of his visit. I highly recommend taking your child here for any dental work they may need. We had an amazing experience!
From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile. Dr. Matt has been so awesome over the last few visits. He has been so patient with my son and is very kind. The staff is also amazing. All the dental assistants were kind and caring and made my son feel safe. They didn't get frustrated with him when he had a hard time getting x-rays done. They had a smile on their faces the whole time. I would highly recommend this office.
I was extremely impressed very fast but very informative and the kids really loved it the tabs video games and prize things were big hits
We never wait long, the dental assistants and front office staff are always very friendly, and our dentist is always very attentive and it feels like he remembers us every time!
Both my children love going to the dentist. It is always a super positive experience. My son needed a tooth pulled and he didn't even know it happened until we talked about it later! He wrote about it for a school paper:) One of the ladies just talked to my almost 5 year old daughter once in such a lovely way that my daughter decided then and there to stop sucking on her thumb. And she LOVES her thumb. She is so excited now to stop and tells everyone about how she's going to accomplish that! Yay!
Amazing service and totally kid friendly.
We had a great experience from the moment we arrived! The kids were entertained for the short time we were in the waiting room, the staff was very friendly, great with the kids, and got everything done quickly and efficiently! Dr. Carstens did a great job addressing all of my questions and explaining things to the kids! We had a wonderful experience!
We have been seeing Dr.Matt since my daughter was a year old for checkups and cleanings every 6mo. Unfortunally my little girl needed to have surgery on her teeth. As a mom I was a nervous wreck. Dr.Matt and his team answered every question, reassured me with positive feedback and made me and more importunally my daughter feel comfortable.
