We had our first visit today and were very pleased. The staff was very friendly and professional. We didn't have much of a wait and they did a great job with my son.
First impressive on first visit staff greeted us with a warm greeting. Dentist showed great concern for my one year teeth and gums, gave instructions on how to keep my child mouth healthy. I love it

We had my youngest daughter's first visit. She did so well and everyone at the office is so centered around the kiddos! They were also very helpful when my oldest needed xrays. She was very scared but they stepped right in and get them done and she had no issues the second go around. I was able to get them in together and we were done in about 35 minutes. Love how much the kids love going! Dr. Bryan is magical when it comes to getting the kids to do what he needs them to do!
Staff is great! The process is not scary for my kids (3 and 6). Wait is a bit long, but service is always great.
We loved the office! Everyone there is extremely nice and Dr. Rick Carstens is absolutely wonderful.
My kids LOVE going to smile station. They are so kid friendly and adult friendly too!!! They make sure you understand what they are talking about and don't make you feel silly for asking questions.
I'm always impressed when we visit Dr. Hohenstein as his staff and he are very friendly and professional. They are highly organized from the moment you check in till the end of your appointment and very prompt in getting you in and out.
Keegan is so excited about going to the dentist and it is because the staff/dentist are so nice and make him feel comfortable.
