Dr. Ripple, Nurse Sarah & Hygienist Katie (& really the entire crew) are phenomenal. From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and an inviting atmosphere for your babies. I cannot say enough great things about this staff & our experience here!
im back again because they took my review down. Dr Ripple is a horrible dentist or whatever he claims himself to be. The assistants are also rude and have no sort of urgency or concern for their patients. 0/10 do not recommend. This place is a money grab and I fear I actually had no cavities the whole time, they just wanted a little cash. He started a procedure on me about 3 years ago and it was a horrible experience. IV sedation was recommended for my cooperative child as a precaution rather than for a clear medical need. When we declined IV and asked about alternative approaches, we were advised to seek care elsewhere. Families looking for conservative, non-IV options should be aware of this practice.
Being a military family & moving around, I’ve never been to a pediatric dentist that my son gets this excited about! He genuinely looks forward to his appointments and gets so happy every time we pull up. He can be very anxious around sharp tools, but the staff is absolutely amazing at making him feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Leftwich is incredibly kind and truly wonderful with kids. We couldn’t be happier with our experience here!
