Abusive dentist, horrible with children I will never, ever go back to this place. The staff was very rude, the Dentist was more like a drill sargent than anything else, very crude with the children. Three different children were crying when he was in the room with them because of the way he spoke to them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!
Smile I'm not sure how accurate the experience of the other customers are, but I would like to compliment this office for the accommodations that they always provide me. I travel for business, so when I need to come into the office, there always seems to be an opening for me. Bad Front Desk Staff Doctors are great but FRONT DESK STAFF needs help in customer service. I will never recommend this office. Once my children are able to go to my dentist...we are out of there!
Phenomenal Orthodontist!!! Dr. Nyberg is an amazing orthodontist! My three children were patients of hers and found Dr. Nyberg to be very professional and conscientious, and she is a phenomenal orthodontist! She thoroughly explained the procedures and treatments each of my girls would be receiving. I see a lot of criticisms about Dr. Ergas, but just to clarify, he is the dentist and Dr, Nyberg is the orthodontist. I never want to bring my daughter here again! My daughter was about twenty minutes late for an appointment here due to a mix up in sceduling (I thought my daughter's appointment time was 3:30, but it was 3:00), and the receptionist was just awful. Instead of handling the situation like a mature adult, she called my thirteen year old daughter up to the desk to reprimand her for the mix up. kh I don't know about the Dentist, but I have a son that has gone there for Braces, and another about to get them tomorrow. They did a wonderful job in a relatively short time on my first son, and his teeth were a mess! The office staff has always been nice, but I do pay on time so I haven't had to experience them being understandably upset if I had outstanding bills. Worst Children's Dentist Ever He calls himself a dentist that specializes in children? This so called "specialist in children's dentistry" told my 7 year old grandson, and in a very abrupt manner, that he was, and I quote, "too old to be afraid of strangers", those were his exact words because my grand child was scared. Excellent care! I've had both of my children with these 2 doctors for the past 10 years. They have always provided excellent care, and my children's teeth look great! I would highly recommend them. I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews here, because that is certainly not my experience at all.
AWFUL This was the worst experience that I have EVER encountered at a Dentist!! My child is Seven and the Dr. yelled at him for being scared. He was very rude and unprofessional. He was also rude to me.. My son will now probably be scared of the dentist for the rest of his life.. The dental hygienist on the other hand was very pleasant (thank god) I will be reporting this Dr. He should not be working with children. I am outraged!!
