Dr. Sidhu is very informative and thorough in explaining what is happening, what needs to happen and encouraging good oral health and hygiene. My 13 year old has been coming here for a few months now and its by far the best dental experience. The woman at the front desk talks so fast that she seems she is always late for something The dental assistant speaks so low and is very hard to understand, she is not very informative about what is going on. From the time I walked in the door till the time I left the staff was incredibly kind. I had horrible anxiety and they helped me through everything. They removed my tooth and made me feel so much better about going to the dentist.
I’ve been coming to this facility for some months now and I’ve gotten multiple procedures done: Root canal, whitening, a bridge, fillings, laser treatment on my gums, extractions, etc. I will say that Dr. Sidhu and Alex have been consistently amazing in answering all my questions (and there were many) and making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. On the plus side, the staff is pleasant, clean and tidy. They do a good job of cleaning the teeth of adults and children. On the downside, I had two crowns put in and now all the food gets stuck between the crowns and my gums bleed. When I told them a few months after the crowns were placed that I have a large distance between the crowns and my teeth and food gets stuck there. The clinic employee said it's normal. So I'm going to change clinics.
