Xavier is the greatest RDAEF I have ever met! He gave me his expertise and patience throughout my dental implant procedure. He wasn’t satisfied until the color of my implant matched perfectly to the color of my other teeth. He worked patiently with me until my bite was perfect. Had a great experience with Smile MV from the phone call to inquire about services when Misha was incredibly sweet and helpful, to the initial assistance by Carolina and then Dr. Gutierrez and Javier who took great care of me and even the finance lady was a sweetheart!! I feel I have to write this review. It has been over a year since my implant, I wanted to give plenty of time for healing before I posted anything. I should have walked out after my consult with the dentist, that told me I needed braces first, I had a sever overtime, that an implant would not work. Very disappointed and confused, my dentist that did my cleaning, never mentioned that, but Smile was offering a more affordable option.
