I feel I have to write this review. It has been over a year since my implant, I wanted to give plenty of time for healing before I posted anything. I should have walked out after my consult with the dentist, that told me I needed braces first, I had a sever overtime, that an implant would not work. Very disappointed and confused, my dentist that did my cleaning, never mentioned that, but Smile was offering a more affordable option. Very caring staff. I’m a very sensitive patient and they have gone above and beyond to take care of me and keep me comfortable. Dr. Garcia is very knowledgeable and thorough.
Love this office
Arrived early for my 8:30 AM appointment (8:10) but wasn't seen by the Dr. until 9:40. The receptionist entered the wrong name on my paperwork despite my forms and ID. I booked through my insurance to see a specific dentist but was seen by someone else, and no work was done beyond an oral exam. The office seemed very behind schedule. I feel this could have been communicated.
