6/13/19 Appointments at 10:00 am I was waiting for 40 minutes to be called for a simple regular check. When I asked the front desk representative how long would it take to call me, she responded by saying, “do yo want to reschedule your appointment? Her response was rude and inappropriate. She should find solutions instead of rescheduling. I have been a patient of Smile San Diego for many years, doctors and staff have extremely professional and kind. Today, it was a bad day.
it's a clean environment the staffs are very nice the doctor is great in what he does..
RecommendedHad my 1st root canal & crown. Over all experience not bad at all. Had slight discomfort but they stopped and numbed me up some more so no biggie. Even the 1st shot I didn’t feel.
