I previously had a disappointing experience at this office, but after posting my review, the manager personally reached out to apologize and thoughtfully address my concerns. She was respectful, kind, and very helpful — even assisted me in scheduling another appointment for my daughter. I truly appreciate the effort they put into making things better and creating a more positive experience for their patients. I am extremely disappointed. My daughter had an appointment today, I called the office to advise we were late due to school dismissal delay, I was told there was a 15 mins grace, but If we were unable to make it before that, they will still see her and schedule the xrays for a different date, we arrived just 1 minute after their grace period, and instead of showing any understanding, they made us wait outside, to only tell us they would not see my daughter because it was now "too late." 20 mins after the grace period, and it... read more

First visit, and we loved it!!!!! Nice people and knowledgeable! My 5yo was a little nervous at first but the staff and dentist made her feel so comfortable. Thank you all!
