The receptionist/support team is completely unprofessional. My partner had a wisdom tooth removal on Wednesday. They were supposed to send the prescription in that day for him. He confirmed the correct pharmacy with the receptionist before leaving and she assured she’d send it. We’ve left 3 messages since then with the AI receptionist (because you never reach an actual human when you call) and our call still hasn’t been returned and no prescription has been received from his pharmacy. I loved everything about my visit. All of the staff are amazing and professional an a great representation for the doctor, the doctor was very knowledgeable, professional friendly and funny, I enjoyed him while he was doing my examination. The office is clean and comfortable, I will be using them permanently for my entire family. This was my first visit and I'm glad I chose this office.

My appointment was at 4 pm . I arrived at 3:55 the girl at the reception asked for my name I gave her my name she told me to take a sit she would call me . I sat down for 35 minutes then she asked for my name again and told me that my appt was cancelled . I asked why she said that I arrived after 4:15 and they called me on the phone I did not answer .
