I used them for much of my interior work last year and it was a bad experience. There were a number of issues but poor attention to detail was a big one. One of the painters told me they didn't staff adequately for the job, which tracks as the first part with multiple painters was good. Things went downhill with one person left to finish things. Smile Painting was contracted to re-stain the front of our house and they did an amazing job. Professional, courteous, efficient and reasonably priced. We had our century home's front porch painted by Smile and I wanted to make a special mention about Norah/Nora (sp?) and Christine. They were amazing. Professional, polite, respectful, friendly and did exceptional work. They were neat and organized and kept everything so tidy and clean while they were working. Quinn was great to deal with with the initial meeting and quotes. He explained everything clearly, was always reachable and available for all our questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
We had a wonderful experience with Smile Painting to refresh the paint in our homes main areas and bedrooms. Quinn made the quoting process simple and pain free. Diego did an amazing job not just in painting, but also in the prep work. Diego found and corrected imperfections that were left over from the original builder! We highly recommend Smile Painting to all our friends.
We would like to give our thanks to Tim for painting our office, bathroom, and bedroom. Over 2 days, he completed 3 rooms with 2 coats each. He was efficient and professional, and helped us move some of the heavy furniture, including a mattress and bed frame. Tim was very friendly and courteous and made us feel at ease. Smile Painting has always done quality work for us, and we would highly recommend them.
