45 min wait with an appointment and over a hundred dollars for me and my daughter and the nails look terrible. Will not be coming back
Had an appointment at 4:15 and did not get seen until 5:15. Absolutely horrible service. Only 3 workers and at least 5 people showed up with 4:15 appointments. Would not be back.
Don’t bother with appointments because it’s first come first serve anyway, multiple people came in with 12:30 appointments and had to just leave. We waited an hour past our appointment time to even get started. You don’t actually get to request who does the work. The man that did my child’s nails was vaping the entire time and the smoke was drifting in her face. He used the wrong colors for the design even though he had us pick them out. Never going back.
Unfortunately my nails did not turn out great here. The polish is outside my nails on every one and my cuticles are cut up. These nails were for my bridal shower so I’m pretty disappointed. I’m giving 2 stars because they were nice, and the place was cute and clean, but I won’t be back.
