Very kind people who take their time and don't rush and hurt you like most nail salons. Would always recommend this place.
I have been going there for about two years. Do good pedicures no issues. The owner Nancy is so RUDE I just can’t believe it. EVERY SINGLE TIME. She doesn’t do my pedicures the other staff are lovely. I call RUDE. I pay RUDE. Today I cancelled or tried to cancel with almost 4 hours notice and rebook i was hung up on. I think she’s blocked my phone number as it hangs up on me. So won’t be going back. I have cancelled in past but always call usually days in advance to move appointment. Maybe 3 x in total. Bad quality. I got my nails done with shellac during the day and at night they were already scrapped. Very unsatisfied with the quality.
