This visit involved a teeth cleaning and the person that performed the task did it very well. My only suggestion is that it might be nice to have the same person clean your teeth each time. There are two reasons for this in my opinion. One, it makes it feel as though you have a history with the person who is cleaning your teeth, similar to the history you have with the dentist. Second, as it is now it makes it feel like you are cycling through a lot of dental hygienists. (This isn't probably true, but gives that impression).

The dental technician made the visit comfortable and nice. Given that I do not have dental insurance (self employed/VA) it was also nice that you were willing to recognize the financial impact and provide a reduction in cost. Going forward if there are savings for paying in cash or that day please apply them to my account.
