My experience started out well, but unfortunately it ended very poorly. I paid approximately $1,700 using CareCredit for two fillings and other dental treatment. One of my concerns was an old root canal crown that was too small, causing food to get trapped between my teeth. The first dentist examined it, agreed that it needed to be replaced, and told me they would replace it. Based on that information, I agreed to the treatment plan and paid the full amount. I feel like they just steady wanna do something with my kid just to get their money. The new lady in the front desk is not nice either. I'm going to a different dentist because this one I do not recommend.
Despite having an appointment, the wait time was over 2 hours. What is the point of setting up appointments? This has happened multiple times.
