I had never had any issues with this dentist at all besides one or two rude MA's which didnt bother me. But today you guys crossed the line. My kids were scheduled to come in at 10am and they didnt get seen until almost 1 pm!!! That is very unacceptable. I have never had to wait so long to be seen anywhere. It is after 1 and we still havent left the office. Dont schedule in people and make them wait that long, whats the whole point of an appointment. It was a routine visit, nothing extravagant. Extremely disappointed.

My kids had a great visit. Dr Williams, was very nice and the kids felt very comfortable with him. Definitely an experience we are overall happy with!
Great Dental office. Their staff and Drs are great they do a good job with my child. They're very informative they really go above and beyond to make my child comfortable due to him always been afraid of Drs. Also our visits have been very short and quick. Awesome place to bring you're children.😁👍

The staff are very professional, friendly, and caring. They have a great playground, movie theater. They provide a snack, balloon and a hat. This is definitely the best dental office in El Paso, TX.
It was my first time at Smile Magic and I feel I found my dentist. I've never been real happy with past dentists till now. Dr. Deanna Mathisen is awesome and I love how everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is great. I was pretty happy with my visit. It's a nice place with friendly people. They make you feel comfortable. I love that.
