Unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. No regards for individuals they serve. I am a caretaker of someone with disabilities. The day before the appointment, their office called asking if they could move individuals appt. from 2 pm to 1 pm. I said that was fine & we were rescheduled. The day of appointment, I get another call from their office asking again, if they could move appt. from 1 pm to noon, but that was not possible so we asked to keep our 1 pm appt.
