Absolutely amazing care! Everyone in this office is so wonderful! They are carrying, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I am so glad I chose Dr. Boyd and Smile Innovations as my dental office. They make you feel like family.
The dental hygienist was the best I've ever had. He told me to floss more without making me feel like a child. He recommended an electric tooth brush based on his research in school. And he cleaned my teeth without destroying the inside of my moth. And all with a good attitude.
Ive been going to Smile Innovations since 2012 and I have no plans on going anywhere else. They were able to do a crown in the office for me within hours rather than having to wait days for it to go off to a lab. Ever since, I have been a committed customer with no complaints. The office is beautiful and clean and all the staff is friendly and helpful.

OMG... could it get any worse? Well, actually it could if the pain was worse. The silver lining in this situation was finding not only a dentist, but a top notch staff to professionally attend to my situation. You're met by Trent, (Tiffany was just as pleasant on the phone) as he guides you through the online procedure of enrolling. Lupe was just as nice an efficient prepping me and taking x-rays. On August 28th I had a bridge installed and was seen by Dr. Boyd Patumas. I cannot say enough how pleased I am with the results so far. I was very impressed that Dr. Patummas is equipped to custom make the bridge right in his office and there was not a need to come back for multiple visits. I had no follow up residual pain other than a slight soreness from the injection site. Dr. Patummas is very patient, calm and kind. Been coming here for over a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about this practice. Very nice and efficient
My 5 kids and I have been going here for 8 years now. I recently referred my new husband and he went for the first time and was well pleased. I like the staff, the up to date technology and wonderful service. I feel they are honest and want to give every customer the smile they want. If you desire just to keep your teeth clean or replace old silver they'll do it. They also gave me a great referral for an orthodontist to do my daughters braces. I will continue going here as long as I live in the area.
I had a bad tooth for a while and ingored it for too long. One day, the pain got beyond what I could bare. After a sleepless night, Dr. Boyd was able to see me that morning as an emergency patient. Excellent staff and excellent treatment. I will now be a regular patient.
