Unethical. My last visit I was asked to fill out some paperwork, including one form in which I agreed to pay any outstanding balances. Had my teeth cleaned and walked out the door. In the more than 10 years as a patient of Dr. Stocker, there's never been an overage for routine/preventive care. Well there was this time. I do not recommend Smile Haus. Customer service at both locations was poor. I cancelled my appointment in advance and they still charged a $50 no show fee. The receptionist I reached could not understand basic information, and I am now paying for that error. The hygienist from my first visit was excellent, and one receptionist was kind and polite. Other than those two people, I have nothing good to say and would not trust this office with my care or my money.
