I scheduled an appointment for my annual teeth cleaning after calling ahead and being told the new Jefferson location accepted my insurance. When I arrived, I was taken back and started X-rays. Midway through, the hygienist was interrupted and told the front desk would need to speak with us. After the X-rays were finished, the front desk staff informed me they actually do not accept my insurance.
