Amazing Staff met mine and my child’s needs. My daughter loved them and I did as well. Explained to me everything that was to be done on her procedures and everything went great. Been in the area for about 2 years and hadn’t found a Good dentist without taking a long time in the waiting area or having to come back to get a simple cleaning. But Smile Factory did all that I expected. The doctor and his staff are AMAZING😊

I used to take my son to kool smiles but they scared him completely and then i took him with carlos de la pena and he had me on a long waiting list to fix my son teeth through sedation. He never wanted to refer me to some one else here in ep. Finally he referred me to smile factory and my son loves it . we are both very happy they explain everything and answer all my questions and my son loves it. He actually isnt scared anymore. I highly recommend smile factory there awsome with children and very patient.
