Dr. Francis is great at making you feel as comfortable as possible. He listens to your concerns and eases any anxieties you may be feeling. He’d also a wizard when it comes to freezing - you barely feel a thing, if at all! The staff are always warm and welcoming as well. I always recommend this clinic when someone is looking for a new dentist.

My dental hygienist is very nice and does a great job. Unfortunately, the administration of this place is a bit all over the place. They’ve billed me for X-rays I never took which I only noticed when I looked at what they billed my insurance (they did reverse it when asked), they’ve rebooked my appts multiple times. Last appt they asked me to move it 3 times and then didn’t book it at a time with the actual dentist but didn’t tell me until I had finished the cleaning so I had to come back and take time off work again weeks l... read more
