HORRIBLE! & Bad Business.(been a client here for over 3 years) It was decent when I first starting coming to the location, but now this company is beyond unprofessional. I had my fill-in done at this location a couple months ago & had the worst series of experiences with them. It was the worst experience ever with the manager, Toni, and the female receptionist. Johnathan, the other person up front, is a GEM and is an asset to this office. Smile Envy personnel needs to be versed in Customer Service but I should have known better as soon as they gave me a run around. Other than that, I would avoid it at all costs; this was a horrible experience, and customer service and conflict resolution skills were even worse, especially when Smile Envy was at fault when they canceled. I’ve been here several years now and always have a good experience. All the staffs are kind & patient. My favorite though is with Ketina (apologize for the misspell) who cleaned my teeth and I could tell apart the years of experience she has under her belt! ^^
Dr. Lofters Is amazing, if you’re looking for a great dentist who cares look no further! His assistant Sundae is always sweet and very professional.
I waited 40 minutes at my orthodontic appointment to be seated in the chair for them to hand me my next set of Invisalign trays which took all of 2 minutes. I was late for work because of the wait. I don’t understand why I just can’t pick up my Invisalign trays from the reception desk if they don’t have to actually check my teeth that day. This is on of the cons to getting Invisalign with them.
