Service levels have went down hill since Dr Brown sold it to smiles doctors. You use to get into Dr Brown same day and now it is a 2 month wait. Company is too big to give quality service.

Took my daughter here for her braces. The moment we walked in was so much butterflies but they made sure that we were comfortable and very professional. As soon as they took her to the back it was nothing but smiles. They truly made our experience successful and very comfortable. Highly recommended... Love them!!! 💜💛💜💛💜💛💜
