Zero stars. I have not had a good experience. We have had several orthodontist in our 2 year period. The last orthodontist scanned for a retainer then kept the braces on longer closing a front tooth gap. My son got his braces off and they gave the retainer prior to the closing of the gap. I questioned this action. They said it would be fine. He wore that retainer and gap came back. Then they tried a new retainer to close it. It was to tight and crossed his teeth on the bottom. This small office has friendly staff, and I’m glad my son is going there for his Invisalign treatment. However, my only complaint is about the limited hours. Since my kids started attending public school, it’s become harder to bring my child to his orthodontist appointments. The time slots are limited, and unless I take my child out of school early, it’s hard to meet that schedule.
