I gave two stars because the change in orthodontist when the most important moths of my braces were on.The first few months seemed to be going great and the assistants were great. The new ortho said that I needed to wear rubber bands the last month to fix my bite and overbite. He said I needed to wear them 24/7. I believe if I’d been treated right and the first orthohadny had to leave so quickly all, I wouldn’t now have an overbite and my chew and bite is off. I definitely recommend Smile Doctors. Such great staff and the doctor he is so caring and really cares for his patients. They definitely work with you on payments so that you aren’t having to spend an arm and a leg right there and then. 100\100 recommend. Thank you Smile Doctors!
Candice did a good job talking to me about the problem I had she also did a very good job explain my daughter's next step on what needs to be done
Our entire experience was wonderful! She finished and had her braces removed and her teeth look great! The staff is extremely polite and welcoming and always ready to answer any questions. The only downside is that sometimes we had to drive to Champaign if something unplanned happened, like her wire needing adjustment before her scheduled appointment due to them not always being open to patients in Charleston, but that was such a minor issue and overall everything else was perfect.
